Enrollment in the Medical School Program – UnexMED

For you who have reached this important stage, it’s time to secure your spot in the medical school program. The process is simple: enrollment can be completed in person at the campus where the course will be held or online, within the deadline specified in the admission notice. Be sure to check the calendar so you don’t miss any deadlines.

To complete registration, you must submit the following documents:

1. RG (national ID card)
2. CPF (individual taxpayer registration number)
3. Proof of residence
4. High School Transcript
5. High School Diploma
6. Birth or marriage certificate
7. Voter Registration Card
8. Proof of compliance with the Electoral Court requirements for individuals 18 years of age or older, as well as a military service certificate (for male candidates)
