Composed of six students from UnexMED Jequié, the Academic League of Psychiatry and Neurosciences is the first in the city in the field of Mental Health.

Composed of six students from UnexMED Jequié, the Academic League of Psychiatry and Neuroscience is the city’s first organization in the field of mental health. The goal of the students who make up LAPEN—Ian Vitor Caribé, João Ricardo Delmiro, Lucca Laesth, João Marcelo Novaes, Maria Clara Valverde, and Matheus Matos—is to foster an environment for scientific and humanistic discussion that promotes the training of physicians who are more critical and better prepared to practice medicine.
